Larken Seymour

Larken Seymour has been an Owen County resident her whole life. She graduated from Owen Valley High School in 2019. Larken currently works at Insurance Services where she just got her Property and Casualty license last May. She has acted in multiple Owen County Civic Theatre productions, most recently being Clue and Miracle on 34th Street. Her favorite play she did with OCCT was Crimes of the Heart where she played the role of Babe.

Larken has even traveled to St. Louis to act with her aunt’s theatre company. Don't miss out this December when Larken and her mother, Sonya, are going to direct OCCT’s Christmas Belles! When she’s not at work and not on the stage, she’s working as a dog sitter taking care of people’s pets. Larken herself has 3 dogs and 3 cats. Fun fact, one of her cats is completely blind and she named her Tipsy! Larken has always had a passion for movies.

When she was 10 years old her aunt Chantal created her own short film and used Larken for one of the characters. From that moment on she has been hooked on movies and making videos. She first channeled that passion into her YouTube channel and grew from there. It wasn’t until she saw last year’s short film contest that she knew she wanted her own short film to be included. She owes her creative side to her aunt Chantal and wants to thank her for supporting her throughout this process.
