The Owen County Public Library started the film festival in 2018 as a way to promote our new Adobe software.  We started off with three entries the first year and grew in size the next year. 2020 was a hard year for everyone. In order to keep our community and contestants safe, we cancelled the film festival.  In 2021 we were back in action and had SIX filmmakers participate in our festival.

This year's festival is going to be bigger and better than ever before! For the first year ever we will be offering cash prizes to the top 3 finalists!
